Your daily doing will involve

  • Help establish our footprint in the U.S. market as part of a successful and fast-growing German tech company

  • Identify and research potential customers in the U.S. market, including relevant companies and key decision-makers

  • Execute multi-channel outbound activities such as cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn messaging, and targeted campaigns to generate qualified opportunities and schedule product demonstrations (online or in person)

  • Present snapAddy products and solutions to decision-makers and key stakeholders

  • Prepare, negotiate, and close commercial proposals for snapAddy products and services

  • Represent snapAddy at trade shows and industry events (travel up to 30%)

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system

  • Ensure a smooth handover to the Customer Success team once a contract is signed to support long-term customer satisfaction

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with new and existing customers

  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and support the CSO in developing effective sales strategies

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets and business objectives

  • Participate in ongoing training and development to continuously strengthen your sales expertise

Your profile

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience as a SaaS Business Development Account Executive, or in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build long-term partnerships
  • Ability to develop and implement business strategies that align with company goals
  • Experience with CRM systems and other sales tools (bonus if you’ve already worked for a CRM service provider) - and an eye for improving workflows
  • You have a solid understanding of how to go to market in a new region
  • You're not afraid to roll up your sleeves and learn the ropes, especially at the beginning
