Revenue Operations Manager (m/w/d)

What it's all about

We are looking for you as an experienced Revenue Operations Manager (m/f/d) who will bridge the gap between marketing, sales, and customer success and drive our growth strategy through measurable processes and data-driven insights. 
Our main focus is on taking our lead generation to the next level and optimally utilizing our advertising budget across various channels and markets.

Your daily doing will involve

  • You will implement a comprehensive tracking and reporting system in HubSpot and liaise with Sales Operations, Marketing, and Customer Success.
  • Responsibility for the data-based allocation of the marketing budget to performance channels (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, content marketing, events, etc.) to maximize ROI.
  • Continuous analysis and optimization of the performance of individual marketing channels; identification of scaling potential and optimization levers.
  • You will work with state-of-the-art solutions in the RevOps area and implement AI solutions or additional components where necessary.
  • Development and maintenance of executive dashboards with key metrics (CAC, LTV, ARR conversion rates, etc.) together with the CSO and data scientists.
  • You will report directly to the CEO.

Your profile

  • At least 5 years of experience in a revenue operations, marketing operations, or similar role at a B2B SaaS company, including at least 3 years at a senior level
  • Proven track record of success in optimizing lead generation campaigns and budget allocation across digital channels
  • Strong analytical thinking skills and in-depth experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Tableau, or similar)
  • Expertise in HubSpot or comparable systems (Salesforce, Marketo, Pardot) and experience with system setup and optimization.
  • Strong affinity for numbers and the ability to translate complex data sets into strategic recommendations for action.
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English and the ability to prepare technical insights for various stakeholders in a targeted manner
