What it's all about
As a Presales Consultant, you are the technical interface between prospects, customers, and our sales team. You understand customer needs and technical requirements, design suitable solutions, and present the technical added value of our products. You are not just a salesperson, but a technical advisor who builds trust. Support us with your technical expertise and help us close sales successfully.
Your daily doing will involve
- Analyzing our customers' technical requirements and providing advice on an equal footing
- Being the technical contact person for customers and prospects
- Conducting product demos and presentations
- Developing technical solution concepts for tenders
- Creating and optimizing sales tools such as demo environments
- Conducting test installations and proofs of concept (PoC)
- Also you will support our sales team in creating technical components of offers and calculations, as well as in trade fair appearances and marketing campaigns
- And you will work closely with sales and product management to translate customer requirements into solutions and jointly develop our products further
Your profile
- You have a degree in engineering or economics (e.g., business informatics) or a comparable qualification and a high level of technical affinity.
- Ideally, you already have experience in presales in the CRM, SaaS, or system house environment.
- You have the ability to communicate complex technical concepts convincingly in German and English.
- Analytical thinking and an independent, structured approach to work come naturally to you.
