Your daily doing will involve
- You advise clients on integrating snapAddy into their CRM systems and serve as the point of contact for adapting and extending interfaces.
- You plan custom integrations with our clients’ CRM systems and are responsible for the technical configuration (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP Sales Cloud, etc.).
- You communicate with clients about tasks and processes within projects.
- You regularly coordinate with the Customer Success and Support teams and work closely with Product and Software Development.

- Development in JavaScript and TypeScript
- Use and extension of our comprehensive integration library for CRM systems
- Tools: GitHub, Slack, HubSpot
Your profile
- You are studying Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- You have basic experience with JavaScript.
- Ideally, you have some initial experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics).
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in both German and English.
- You are friendly and communicative on the phone and via email.
- You have a high standard for quality and work independently, proactively, and solution-oriented.
- You have an open and friendly personality and enjoy collaborating with colleagues in a team.
