What it's all about
Your daily doing will involve
- Responsibility for Design Systems: You will continuously develop our UI component library for web and mobile and ensure consistent patterns and interactions.
- Further Development of Our Product Portfolio: Your UI components form the foundation for the user interfaces of our web applications and mobile apps.
- Design-to-Development: You’ll work closely with our software developers and guide your designs from concept through prototyping to implementation.
- Quality and Consistency: You have an eye for detail and ensure that our products are visually and functionally cohesive.
- Ownership: You’ll independently identify areas for improvement, develop solutions, and proactively drive initiatives within our design system.
- Collaboration within the Product Team: You’ll work closely with our current Product Designer as well as your colleagues in Product Management, UI/UX, and Software Development.
- Further Development of Our Design Processes: You’ll help us continuously improve our workflows related to Figma, components, prototyping, and collaboration with the development team.

Your profile
- At least 5 years of professional experience in product, UI/UX, or interface design, ideally with responsibility for design systems, UI components, and patterns in a SaaS product.
- Experience with complex B2B applications and the ability to design even extensive user interfaces in a clear and understandable way.
- A solid understanding of how a design system is built, structured, and maintained over the long term.
- Excellent proficiency in Figma, particularly in working with components, variants, Auto Layout, and prototyping.
- A keen sense of UI quality, usability, typography, spacing, hierarchies, and visual consistency.
- You work independently, proactively, and in a solution-oriented manner, taking responsibility for your areas of focus.
- You can explain your design decisions clearly and enjoy collaborating with other disciplines.
